Hello and Welcome!
I'm Stephanie, I became a life coach because I have a passion for helping others.
I help women manage their chronic pain by using techniques designed to relieve the added stress and anxiety that chronic pain can cause.

One of the many benefits I can offer is that we can work together without you ever needing to leave the comfort of your own home.
My services are just as effective for online clients as they are for those I have had the privilege of working with in-person. No matter where you are in the world, you can gain long-term relief from symptoms of stress and live without fear of the unknown.

I have a very stressful job as a top manager in a large company and I barely find time for me and my family. I felt like my life was starting to fall apart piece by piece until a good friend of mine recommended me  to Stephanie. My whole life started to change. She helped me find a way to mix my family life with my working schedule. Every manager should work with her in order to find the perfect balance in life.

I came to know Stephanie as a life coach and a friend in Athens, Greece, while she made a presentation of her specialisation in Stress Management and additional techniques related to stress. Stephanie is hard working, highly talented, creative and engaging. Her contribution during the sessions we scheduled was vast and above all very professional. Stephanie’s views were always grounded and she demonstrated commitment and passion for her know how. I would highly recommend Stephanie to prospective people of all ages who need a customised direction according to their needs.

This is the right time to express not only my warmest thanks, but also the fact that I really admire you.You are one among the few people I met so far, who has the talent to build a feeling of trust out of nothing, in a relationship that did not exist the day before. Your tips have been really insightful and helpful to becoming a better me

From my personal experience with Stephanie I would like to share that she is an absolute professional at her job, extremely helpful and experienced with great knowledge on how to deal with stress and anxiety. through our sessions I managed to kick aside many obstacles that interfered with my personal and social life and I have found success in my career too. A lovely personality who gives all the right energy and focus on things needed just for you.

“Steph was a great life coach to me through some really hard times in my life. She helped me through my anxiety, my worries and my low self esteem.

I would see steph once or twice a week to speak about my past and current circumstances. She would listen and talk me through lots of ways to come over these different situations that had happen to me.

I got a lot happier in my self, more confidence also stopped worrying as much – while seeing Steph. so I carried on having sessions for around 6/7months – we would even do Skype session once she moved to Greece. I stopped the session once i felt the time was right & Steph supported that. Once i stopped the session i honestly felt like a different person, She helped me through lots.  Steph still messages me to make sure i am doing ok out of kindness and the love of her job. Which is great.  I know i could always message her whenever i needed her to talk to & she would always make time for me, it’s reassuring that i can reply on her fully. Thanks for everything Steph”

Dearest Stephanie,

What can I say? I only met you about six months ago and took a liking to you immediately. I strongly believed that you would be able to help our daughter, if she too would be willing to receive your help and my hunch was correct. Fortunately, she too took a liking to you immediately and that was a relief for me. Your gentleness and sweetness won her over!

Not only did you help, I would say that is an understatement! You gave her strength, you gave her courage, you gave her someone to lean on. She listened, she coped, with you along her side all the way. You gave her your full attention, your inner strength, your devotion. Beside her, you too learnt but so did she! Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your positive energy and you certainly need a lot of both with teenagers. Thank you, for truly and I mean truly caring and understanding. Your perseverance and strength gave her the boost she needed to go on. Your kindness and persistence finally touched her heart enough, so that she could finally feel at ease with you. You said it took you longer than usual to break the ice but it was a breakthrough for our daughter that she finally opened up to you. Thank you, for your dedication and your effort and your strong will to help her and to keep her going, during this challenging part of her life. You were the best investment we have made for our first born.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all your extra tender, loving care towards our teenager and thank you for the extra time too that you took to help her in her time of need. We’ll be forever grateful.

All my love,

Anna-Maria
